1) Before booking it is necessary to the check the availability of the rooms by the mail: email@example.com or by phone at the number + 39 0184 48 76 97.
2) The availability will be advised by return.
3) If the quote is confirmed we require a bank transfer for the 30% of the total amount
on IT 96 N 050 3501 0002 6557 0422 411.
4) The booking is kept alive for 5 days. It will be valid only with a FAX or e-mail confirming the remittance.
5) You will, then, receive a confirmation for the duration of the stay by Fax or e-mail. The advanced payment will be deducted from the total amount.
6) Withdrawal. The Guest must give the Service Provider a written communication (Fax or e-mail) of the possible cancellation. In case of total cancellation the guest will have the right, from the side of the Service Provider, to the refund of the advanced payment made by Credit Card or Bank Remittance, all expenses paid, if the communication is made 10 days before the date of the stay. The refund shall be performed by bank remittance within 30 days from the date of the beginning of the stay. In case the notice of cancellation is received beyond that term or is not received at all the Service Provider shall have the right to retain the whole advanced payment. The Service Provider shall moreover have the right to request the payment of extra commissions, due to the cancellation, up the totality of the price of the booked service, all expenses paid, with respect to the advanced payment. Even if the Guest doesn't use the booked services he shall be obliged to the payment of the sames in favour of the Service Provider.
At the moment of the booking of the holiday the Guest declares:

2. Accept to "dialogue" from distance with the "Il Grande Ulivo ", by web or by electronic post.
